Added compiled OpenGrowlPrefPane helper application and made use of it in the post-install/post-upgrade phase of the installer. OpenGrowlPrefPane opens System Prefs by bundle identifier and switches to the Growl prefpane; this fixes display of it on non-English systems on which System Preferences has a localized name.
